Cora Sunheart
A faithful halfling cleric of Lathander, what Cora Sunheart lacks in height she more than makes up for in heart. A guiding hand to the party, Cora’s thirst for answers and desire to keep her compatriots safe have made a difference in perilous Barovia.
Tarhun Cob
A solider in a past life and now oathbound paladin, Tarhun adopted into the paternal role of the party’s protector easily. His large stature and burnished scales act as a beacon and serve as a foil to the dark setting that is the misery of Barovia. He is never far from his companion, Sora.

Sora
Scales of bronze and claws crackling with lightning, Sora is the arcane might of the party and close companion to Tarhun. Never far from the fight (and an accomplished singer of lullabies), Sora’s spells and wit have become invaluable to the party’s survival.
Drezek Jor’atsar
A drow elf with storied origins, Drezek Jor’atsar was happy to join the caravan out of Icewind Dale to the south after having run afoul of local law enforcement—although, to his misfortune, travelling directly into the mists of Barovia. Always quick with a witty retort and a fondness for valuable things, Drezek has begrudgingly become an ally of his new travelling companions.

Elänil
An elven ranger from a distant kingdom, Elänil is an accomplished traveller and most at ease in the wilderness of the Forgotten Realms. With her primal companion Vinrahf—an ancient silverine raven of the Reghedjic—she has sworn to hunt down and purge the land of undead, but may have her work cut out for her in Barovia.
Sergeant Mesker Grey
A human soldier with a long history of campaigning, Sergeant Grey, or “Mesker”, has experienced his fair share of wartime trauma. With a storied past chequered with periods of great strife and conflict, Mesker has learned the art of war and survival—now a sergeant with the guard of Bryn Shander, his path to Barovia began on the heels of Drezek Jor’atsar…

Companions & Allies

Grey
Never far from Cora’s shoulder, Grey the familiar can take the form of any number of animal, atlhough has preferred the shape of a rat for the first few days of the party’s journey in Barovia. Quick to channel a cure light wounds or a guidance from Cora, Grey has become an invaluable companion.
Marigold
Loaned to Sergeant Grey on his departure from Bryn Shander, Marigold is a healthy and durable palomino mare. Only intended to assist Mesker for the duration of a trip to Luskan, Marigold was not meant for the dangers of Barovia. Unfortunately whisked away with Mesker, she has now become a beloved travelling companion of the old sergeant.

Vinrahf of the Dale
Unbeknownst to Drezek, the silver figurine he smuggled out of Bryn Shandar was none other than a dormant ancient primal companion from the Reghedjic peoples of Icewind Dale. Centuries without a bond, Vinrahf would emerge for short periods from their figurine form only when commanded to by the Nussan family. On being summoned by Mesker in Barovia, Vinrahf immediately bonded with Elänil, a compatible beast master of the Elven wilds.
