Two Groups
There are two groups currently working their way through the Curse of Strahd—the Canaan group consisting of six (6) players, and the Devoted group consisting of five (5) players. Each group have different characters and players with varying backgrounds, goals, and story arcs.
Accordingly, each campaign have significant changes to the story, characters, NPCs and world.
Two Methods of Play
The Canaan group plays in person, that is, at a private home at a large table like traditional Dungeons and Dragons! There is real dice rolling, a DM screen, and lots of props and decorations to set the mood.
The Devoted group plays online, using various tools including Owlbear Rodeo, DnD Beyond and Discord.
